Red Tide Relief offers the following Returns Policy:
Since all of our products are donated, all sales are considered final. There are no returns. New, open-box, and refurbished items carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Any claims must be addressed directly with the manufacturer of the product.
Red Tide Relief offers the following Shipping Policy:
All purchases are shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday, via UPS.
Larger items may require truck delivery, which will be for curbside only. Inside delivery may be available.
